The nature of anger is an emotional state that varies in intensity from mild
irritation to intense fury and rage. Personally deal with my anger everday
is hard some days. Most of my anger stems from childhood abuse.
Sometimes I am anger about nothing and it drives me crazy. I understand
that anger is naturally, adaptive reactions to threats. It inspires powerful
and most often aggressive, feelings and and behavior which allow me to
fight and to defend myself when I am attacked. Sometimes anger is
necessary to our survival. It has been easier dealing with my anger, by
helping myself through therapy, grounging myself; in doing breathing
exercise and write in my journal. These are just some activities that works
for me.I hope that this is helpful and that you are not alone.
